Nothing Naughty Erythritol is a natural sweetener that looks and tastes very much like sugar. 

Althouigh Erythritol is 70% as sweet as sugar, but has 95% less calories and a GI of 0, and it is naturally present in various fruits and vegetables . It is made by fermenting the natural sugar found in corn.
