This all-natural tonic combines turmeric, Australian Lemon Myrtle and 8 different probiotic strains. 

Probiotics are well known for being great for your overall health and well-being, especially for your gut health. You can find probiotics in fermented foods and drinks, such as kombucha and yogurt. Gelpro, in collaboration with Pete Evans and BJP Laboratories have created a Lemon Myrtle and Turmeric Bio-Fermented Probiotic Elixir.

The Fermentation Process

The process is performed under controlled conditions, using a carefully selected blend of lactic acid bacteria that:

• converts the sugar into lactic acid, resulting in a product that is 99% sugar-free
• retains antioxidants by removing oxygen during fermenting as well as packaging
• creates shorter, more soluble molecules 

This process ultimately changes the structure, creating a bioactive concentrated elixir with Turmeric, Australian Lemon Myrtle, Black Pepper, and Ginger. The elixir contains 6Billion good bacteria measured by NKCA compared to a 25Billion pure probiotic.
