Seeking Health Optimal Fish Oil Softgels also stand out from other fish oil products because they contain lipase, the enzyme that digests lipids (fats). The added lipase helps to enhance the digestion and absorption of the omega-3's in the product.

Optimal Fish Oil softgels are sourced from wild sardines and/or anchovy off the coast of Peru. Every batch undergoes molecular distillation and filtration to make sure the product is pure and to remove the maximum level of contaminants such as PCB's, heavy metals and pesticides.
