LES MILLS™ Good Protein contains only six ingredients: Milk protein concentrate from the milk of grass fed cows, cocoa or vanilla powder, stevia leaf extract, natural flavours, guar gum and salt. Milk protein concentrate is from real milk, this means protein as nature intended - with both casein and whey. Whey is fast hitting, while casein gives you a slower release of amino acids. Together, this means optimum muscle recovery and well-rounded nutritional support. Each scoop contains over 25g of pure protein, and there are 30 servings in every 2.3 lb (1.05kg) pouch.
