IsoCream uses Xylitol, a natural sweetener derived from woody fibrous plant materials. Xylitol is found in fruits and vegetables and is also naturally produced in our bodies during normal metabolism. Xylitol is a great alternative to sugar with 40% fewer calories and 75% fewer carbohydrates. Xylitol is slowly absorbed and metabolised, and therefore won’t spike blood sugar levels. There is also a small amount of Stevia, another plant-based sweetener.
