Javapro is a Whey Protein Complex drink mix with real coffee that can be used anytime of day, wake up, stay up, pre or post reps pick-me-up. For a rich, thick shake, mix roughly 1 1/2 scoops, with 12 fluid ounces of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient, JAVAPRO can be stirred into solution with a spoon.
