What is Celebrity Slim?

Celebrity slim is a weight management program developed by expert nutritionists. It is an easy-to-follow meal replacement weight loss program - there's no calorie-counting, no points system and no gimmicks.

It works by replacing two meals each day with shakes, soups or meal bars, eating one healthy balanced meal and snacking up to 3 times a day. The program is flexible so you can swap meals around to suit your lifestyle - you can pick which two meals you would like to replace.

The Celebrity Slim Program is not low in carbohydrates - it allows a regular intake. But compared to a traditional Western diet, it contributes about 1/4 of the amount.

Calorie counting is not required on the Celebrity Slim program. In most cases, you will reduce your daily calorie intake by following the program.
